Each coaching package begins with a 1-hour consultation (1.5 hours for two people) to get to know you, understand your background, and clarify your goals. This initial session sets the foundation for a personalised and effective coaching experience.

The Investment
Duration is 8 x 1 hour sessions
To help you stay consistent and make the most of your coaching, the 8 sessions are required to be completed within 10 weeks. Consistency is key, this structure is designed to maintain momentum and ensure you're successful in reaching your goals.
