What's included:
For the initial block, we'll start with a 30 minute consultation (45 minutes for two people) to understand where you're at right now, whether you’re returning after a break or new to coaching. This helps tailor your calorie/macros, review current habits, and clarify your goals for the 4-week block ahead.

Bi-Weekly Accountability Sessions: Two focused check-ins per 4-week cycle (30 minutes calls for individuals, 45 minutes for two people) to review your food diary, talk through wins or struggles, and adjust goals as needed.

Calorie & Macro Guidance: Updates to your targets based on where you’re at now, with clear explanations so you feel confident making changes

Food Diary Review: Feedback on your food logs using the tracking app (optional, but helpful for everyone) with practical tweaks to support your energy, balance, and goals

You’ll both receive the same high-quality support, with the added bonus of shared motivation, accountability, and encouragement.

The Investment
Rolling 4-Week Accountability Coaching
This coaching package is designed for those who don’t need full-length sessions, but still want personalised support, regular check-ins, and guidance to stay consistent. Whether you've worked with me before or you're looking for a little extra structure and accountability, this is a great way to refocus your goals without starting from scratch.
You’ll get 2 x 30-minute sessions (45 minutes for two people) across a 4-week period, with the option to continue on a rolling basis. These shorter sessions are ideal for reviewing food diaries, adjusting calories/macros, and working through the mindset or lifestyle habits that could be holding you back.
A short 30-minute onboarding call will help us understand where you're at right now and make sure you're getting the right level of support.
This is about staying consistent, making progress you can sustain, and having someone in your corner to guide, support, and challenge you when you need it most.

It’s a focused session to get you set up and confident from the start.
