COACHING FOR TWO: Couples, Friends or Family

Want to take this journey with someone else?

 

This is available as two-to-one coaching, whether you’re joining with a partner, friend, or family member.

Same great support and structure, with the added benefit of mutual motivation.


More cost-effective per person – and more fun with a built-in accountability buddy!

Having someone by your side can make the experience even more rewarding – support each other, celebrate your wins, and make lasting changes together.

The Investment

Duration is 8 x 1 hour sessions and 4 x 30 min sessions

(30 min sessions are 45 mins for two-to-one coaching)

 

To help you stay consistent and make the most of your coaching, the 12 sessions are required to be completed within 16 weeks. Consistency is key, this structure is designed to maintain momentum and ensure you're successful in reaching your goals.

Investing in yourself is one of the most empowering things you can do. With my support and your commitment, real change is possible, and it starts with showing up for yourself, regularly.

​Each coaching package begins with a 1-hour consultation (or 1.5 hours for two people) to get to know you, understand your background, and clarify your goals. This initial session sets the foundation for a personalised and effective coaching experience.
